The genetic architecture of the maize progenitor, teosinte, and how it was altered during maize domestication

This dataset includes 17.8 million SNP in a single teosinte population covering 4455 progeny and 18.9 million SNP in a single maize landrace population covering 4398 progeny, which was used for GWAS to compare the genetic architecture of the maize progenitor, teosinte, and how it was altered during maize domestication.
