Hyperspectral Imaging of Quantitative Maize Seedling Salt Stress Experiment

This dataset consists of two maize genotypes (Mo17 and PH207) that were exposed to four salt sress treatments (Control or no salt treatment, 0.5M NaCl treatment, 0.75M NaCl treatment, and 1M NaCl treatment). Plants were exposed to the treatments at 11 days after sowing (DAS) and these were imaged using a hyperspectral sensor at 11 DAS prior to treatment application, 13 DAS or two days after treatment application, and 15 DAS or 4 days after treatment application. Each image consists of three plants corresponding to a plot and there were three plot replicates per genotype per treatment.
