Dysregulation of expression correlates with rare-allele burden and fitness loss in maize, maizeDiversityPanelRNAseq_2018

The data under this DOI include gene expression counts from a diversity panel of maize collected from 7 tissues (Goodman-Buckler Diversity panel or '282 panel'). Also contained herein are the genotype subset used for rare variant burden tests in the associated publication and a set of phenotypic BLUPs for the diversity panel, which are also used in the associated publication. The data in this DOI were produced as part of the Kremling et al 2018 manuscript found here: doi:10.1038/nature25966.
