deprecated_Dysregulation of expression correlates with rare-allele burden and fitness loss in maize - data

Data in this directory is associated with Kremling et al., 2018, Nature. The data types in this directory tree are the matrix of gene expression counts of an average of 255 maize taxa in seven tissues at different steps of processing, SNP data, and phenotypic data for all the taxa. For the RNA data, tissues were pooled from three plants, extracted and libraries were made using the Lexogen QuantSeq FWD kit. They were then sequenced at 96 plex on the NextSeq500. Additional details can be found in the manuscript.
