Building a tRNA thermometer to estimate microbial adaptation to temperature

This repository contains the saved computing environments used in the paper "Building a tRNA thermometer to estimate microbial adaptation to temperature." The directory contains three Conda environments that can be used to replicate the computing environment used in the paper. Download, untar, and activate the environment you wish to use, then follow directions in the cnn_trna_ogt repository at https://bitbucket.org/bucklerlab/cnn_trna_ogt/src/master/regression_model/Models/Distance/Archaea-Bacteria/ to use the models.
