Rohit_UrbanFloodObservation_2024

This hand-labeled globally sampled urban flood observation dataset generated by Social[Pixel] lab is a high-resolution dataset labeled based on 3m PlanetScope data. It contains manual labels based on PlanetScope data and a modified 8-bit version of PlanetScope data. It includes 231 scenes of globally sampled urban inundation chips collected between 2018-2022. It was created in March of 2024.
